Return & Refund Policy

At Thermic Innovations, we stand by our products. We offer a 5 year warranty from time of purchase on any manufacturing defects.

We offer a 60-day Return Window from the date of delivery.

If you wish to make a return or exchange your item for a different size or for store credit, please use our RETURNS & EXCHANGES portal.

We offer free unlimited returns for store credit, exchanges, or refund plus package protection for $2.98 via re:do which you will have the option to add to your order at checkout.

If you opt-out of re:do's free unlimited returns, you may still return your item/s within the 60-day return window for store credit, exchanges, or refund but you must cover the cost of the shipping label to return the item/s to us.
