Warranty
All products are backed by a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 60-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To start a return or exchange, please use our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

Return Options & Shipping
At checkout, you’ll have the option to add Return Protection for $2.98 through Redo.

If you add Return Protection at checkout:
- Unlimited free returns within 60 days
- Free return shipping  for:
-- Exchanges
-- Store credit
-- Refunds

If you opt out of Return Protection:
You may still return items within 60 days for: Exchanges, Store credit, and Refunds. 
However, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable - Including any upgraded or expedited shipping options selected at checkout.
